Allow mydumper to look into remote server binlogs from position/date to position/date with regex filter or not

Improve binlog reader feature by allowing the following parameters :

- binlog-read-only
- binlog-start-file + binlog-end-file
- binlog-start-position + binlog-end-position
- binlog-start-time + binlog-end-time
- binlog-filter

this way mydumper can read remote server binlogs from an event to an other and filter content with regular expression.

Could be used for write splitting, specific archiving, and so on.
