I think mydump should implement --flush-logs option

I think it's important to add the following feature(--flush-logs) to mydumper, just like mysqldump:
mysqldump --flush-logs --single-transaction --master-data=2
Because, without --flush-logs, we can't do increment backup and use increment backup to restore database easily.
