Include actual dates in the MyDatamart views

Currently, dates are preformatted in the SQL views of my datamart. This causes problems when ordering. Apr 11 appears before "Jan 11", as Excel does not recognize the fields as dates. Woudl reccomend that we supply the startdate/enddate fields instead (or in addition) and allow users to format them as they please once Excel has recognized it as an actual date type.
