Include indicator types

It may be useful to know the indicator type (Calculated data element/number or indicator) This information is contained in the "indicatornumber boolean" property of DHIS2 and should included in the metadata of MyDatamart. This will make it easier to filter indicators and calculated data elements with custom SQL views from the aggregatedindicator table.
