Compatiblity with Python v3.1

We need to make MySQL Connector/Python compatible with Python v3.1.
* First, lets run 2to3 over the code and check the changes.
* Fix problems which are still compatible with supported Python 2.x versions
* Check possibilities to have both 2.x and 3.1 versions in one tar ball. This will prevent the need of 2 distributions. We should be able to automate installation to detect what to install.
