The software should not show the user hard coded references to Lowell, Merrimack Valley,MVHub. Ideally, these should be variables with values appropriate to site being displayed but for now using generic terms like "directory" or "guide" is a good enough improvement.
The static files for northshoreport.org should not have references to Lowell, Merrimack Valley, etc
