WebFarms support in Murano

It is useful to have ability to install web apps in web-farm mode where incoming requests are served by several web-servers behind load balancer. Here is how it is going to be implemented in Murano:
1. Modify webServer and aspNetApp services to have additional parameter - number of instances (units)
2. In murano-api create/delete the requested number of units in Object Model
3. In murano-conductor add additional rule to services above that would tell Heat to register VMs in load balancer
