Volume Selection UI element

The Murano core library provides support for attaching Cinder volumes to a murano instance. However, there is no way in the Murano UI, for users to select a Cinder volume (or volume snapshot). There should be a Murano form element which lists available volumes (and volume snapshots) that can be selected and attached to a Murano instance. The UI can be modeled after the network selection UI element in Murano.
