Support for args/kwargs in MuranoPL

Currently is is impossible to declare YAML methods that have variable argument list/dict. However such methods can be declared in the Python and consumed in MuranoPL. This creates inconsistency. vargs/kwargs are very useful for various helper and extension functions to simplify call syntax.
