MS SQL 2012 Single instance support

It is necessary to have MS SQL service available in Murano in order to support complex Windows infrastructure. Single instance MS SQL installation will be a first step towards this direction.
MS SQL Service should be able to install MS SQL 2012 to Windows Server 2012 based VM. This Windows VM can be joined to AD domain or standalone VM.
