MS SQL 2012 Single instance support

Database server is one of the most requested services for a typical environment and MS SQL Server is a most used RDBMS on Windows platforms.
It is planned to add add support in Murano for standalone SQL Server 2012 installation. This includes:
1. In Dashboard add SQL Server to list of available services and develop wizard steps to enter principal server parameters including list of empty databases to create.
2. Add support for SQL Server in REST API.
3. Develop installation workflows for Murano-conductor.
4. Write PowerShell execution plans that can install and configure SQL Server 2012 and create databases.
