There is a trend in Murano for making Agent support different deployment platforms and transports. As part of this trend we are going to incorporate support for popular SaltStack framework. Initially it is going to be used as a transport for Execution Plans but this is going to be improved in the future. The plan to add such support is as following:
* Write an example workflow that automatically installs SaltStack on spawned VM instances
* Update Murano Conductor to support workflow with SaltStack as an agent on target instance. Conductor will interact with SaltStack server to send orchestration jobs to its clients. Each job is an Execution Plan that will be passed by SaltStack to Murano Agent via command line.
