Need to rewrite assignment key pairs for linux-based services
We can assign key pair for linux-based services and need to rewrite this part of code, because it contains a lot of bugs - need to change workflow for key pair assigment to avoid it. Also need to make key-pair to 'non-require' parameter to allow create linux-based services without key-pairs.
