Precompile MuranoPL/YAQL code

Even when there is a local package cache exists MuranoPL runtime still needs to parse YAMLs, MuranoPL code structures and, most resource-expensive, all YAQL expressions present in those YAMLs. Instead of doing this on each YAML load DSL could write a binary file containing YAQL expression ASTs so that it would be possible to load at once and skip parsing
