Display progress of dependencies after adding Murano app packages

Registered by Jeffrey Olsen

When a Murano package (typically from Community App Catalog) is added for import to the Package Definition module of Murano, some predefined packages also import a supporting image to glance without any notice to the user within the package definition dashboard that they must wait for an image to import before actually deploying the environment based on that package.

I am proposing that a column is added within the Package Definitions page that displays the progress bar wheel. The goal is to show users that even though the package contents may have been added, there are still actions/dependencies occurring in the background that are necessary to complete before the respective packages can be deployed.

Currently, if you import a package and immediately deploy the environment, an error is displayed saying there is no valid image available.

Example Error:
BadRequest: Image fd1fd707-cd8a-4d24-804d-c4a3f502db27 is not active. (HTTP 400) (Request-ID: req-8abcddef-a051-4d51-9b3a-7f8621037077)
