New format for MuranoPL source codes

YAML as a format for source codes has number of limitations that are not obvious to MuranoPL developers to say the least. For example statement may not start with a quote mark or with '[', '{', may not contain ': ' inside etc.
It is proposed to have alternate format that will be similar to YAML but have own parser (rather than PyYAML) that will be yaql-aware and will not suffer from those issues
