Extend Murano Core with NeutronPort class

Murano Core library should be able to operate with Neutron ports as a classes, not as a Heat templates. It will allow to reuse the network manipulation code outside on NeutronNetwork class. As a result Murano should be able to deploy more complicated network typologies and chains of NVF appliances.
