Naming of different things in Murano

- Heat stacks are named by environment ID using format "e{ID}". Thus environment name must not be unique and can contain any characters
- For each service there can be specified a host-name template in format "someName#" where "#" character is replaced with sequential instance number (numbered within the service). In not specified then auto-generated unique name is used for the instance
- RabbitMQ queues are named so that the environment ID and unit ID where appropriate would be contained in queue name
