Continue macro in MuranoPL

There is a Break macro in MuranoPL but no Continue operator. In most languages those 2 operators are complimentary and absence of one while the second is present seems confusing

[ruhe] unfortunately corresponding patch was merged without this BP being approved. Core team needs to be more careful about this.
