Murano Components Compatibility Testing
Murano contains several different components and different versions of different components will have compatibility issues.
Need to create new command for Murano CLI client, which will check versions of Murano components and will check compatibility between different services.

User Story #1:
I'm an administrator of OpenStack and I'm have installed Murano on my OpenStack server. I have some problems with Murano and looks like (based on Murano logs) that I'm use different no-compatible Murano services.
I execute CLI command:
murano check-compatibility
and this command should return status of each service (for example, to show what we have installed and executed rigth now), version of each service and information about compatibility between different components.
