Need to run several API workers simultaneously

Murano API has only one worker and this is hard to scale. Need to add the ability to specify the number of workers in Murano configuration file and start several threads with Murano API on one host.

[ruhe] This can be achieved already. WSGI modules allow to run several instances of Python process. We can also run several instances of Murano API on different hosts. If you have something else in mind, please let me know. Otherwise I'm going to deprecate this BP.
