[dashboard] Move deployements page to environments tab

After environment state changed to "Ready" users do not know where this deployment was succesful or not. To check that user should go back to the page with environment list and click "Show deployments button"

It will be good to make better indication on environmentdeployment status
As one of the solutions, deployments page, where deployment status is browsed, could be moved to environments page as a separate tab, so to check the result of the deployment user need to click to the "Deployments" tab.
