Improve engine logging
Engine errors are difficult to diagnose at the moment; on Alexander's suggestion, use this blueprint to track ongoing improvements to assist development and diagnosis of problems. Can include things like improving handling of mistakes in specification files causing YAQL errors, general execution errors.
