Improve log browsing for deployments in Murano Dashboard
Deployment logs can currently only be viewed for each environment; this enhancement makes it possible to view all deployments across all environments.
Right now, checking deployments can only be done on a per-environment basis. As an OpenStack admin, it can be helpful to see deployment logs across multiple environments. In Murano Dashboard, multiple clicks are needed to cycle from one environment's deployment logs to another environment's deployment logs.
Changes proposed to Murano:
Add new (admin-only) API call to retrieve deployments across all environments.
Changes proposed to Murano Dashboard:
Create a new view in the dashboard to see deployments across all environments.
Potentially expose the new API call in muranoclient.
