Add Env Topology Tab

There is a requirement which came form one of the customer, to show instances and topology of deployed environment. As application catalog hides the complexity behind high level definitions, users may need to see the final configuration. They cas see deployed stack but it is too low level and do not show the relations between software components.
We need to add a topology view and instance list view to the environment page.
