Add support for Murano Environment Topology entities in Catalog

Currently Murano allows to create an environment which is empty by default. It will be convenient if there will be a way to store a predefined environment topologies in Application Catalog. The typical example will be a multi-tier application topology when there are different layers like DB layer, Application Servers, LDAP. Some company may pre-create environment topologies with some services already configured and publish this in App Catalog like Application Stack.
