Need to support Murano installation with devstack scripts

Murano should have the ability to be installed using the devstack scripts.
We can create the specific script and upload it to murano-deployment repository. User will download this script and add this script to devstack project manually. After that user can add some changes to devstack configuration and install the latest Murano version with devstack.
