Modify murano-api to support fetching of statuses per deployment

Add a "Deployement" entity to a domain model, which will be used to group all the Status reports created when deploying any given session of given environment.
Add set of APIs to list all the deployments for the specified environment and a set of Statuses for chosen deployment.
Modify pythonmurano-client accordingly to use the new set of APIs.
Modify UI to diplay the logs
