Murano should be able to select image, volume or existing instance for installing app

OpenStack supports multiple ways of instance creation. Currently Murano supports only boot from image. In addition to existing image boot support it will be nice to have boot from volume option and install an app to existing instance. HOT software orchestration should support this.
