Application Development Framework
Build a library of MuranoPL classes to define basic building blocks for the
applications utilizing standard patterns for scaling, load balancing, healing
etc, allow the apps to be deployed on various clouds (supporting both multiple
regions of OpenStack and other cloud types as well).
