Add an ability to download multi package app as a bundle

As an application developer I want to download a bundle of application packages which are required for my app.
The good example is Kubernetes bundle which includes multiple packages and an image.
Bundle should be a simple YAML file where I can specify a list of FQDNS\URLS for the packages and images
This could be like that:
ApplicationBindle:
  version: 1.0
  packages:
     - URL: http://somewhere/myapp.zip
  images:
    - URL: http://somehwre/image.qcow2
