Application Sharing

Published application is accessible to all users of the tenant. Murano should provide possibility to share application with other tenants. Once application is shared with a tenant, it should become accessible for all users of that tenant.
Option who can share the application (admin only, owner, or anybody from the owner’s tenant) should be configurable in Murano configs.
