Add checkbox that will manage a return page after adding application to environment

We do not have automatic return from the application catalog page to the applications list in the current environment.
It will be better to add a checkbox to the last step of application creation form that will determine which page will be opened after form submission.
The name of this checkbox should be like this: "Would you like to add more application to the environment(insert env name here)?" If the value of this checkbox will be set to false

Let's add final form with this checkbox to the standard application adding form and to the quick deploy form
