Check whether an Application could be deployed using existing images (before configuring it)

Before even showing Add Application wizard (but after pressing 'Add to Env'/'Quick Deploy' buttons) it must be checked whether that application can be deployed at all using existing images. If yes - proceed, if no - display an error message.

Perhaps that should be done using new metadata available for an applications (requirements section or something like that).

This is not the same as https://blueprints.launchpad.net/murano/+spec/pre-deployment-validation because it is kind of 'pre-configuration-validation' (happens earlier).
