Add the ability to override the dashboard name

Our Project Manager would like to rename the Murano dashboard to 'Marketplace'. I'd like to propose we add the ability to override the Murano dashboard name so that it is configurable via settings.py, and default to "Murano" if no overrides are set in settings.py. Harmless if not utilized but very useful if implemented.
