Configure Ops Manager after installation

Pivotal Operations Manager requires a set of settings synchronized with Openstack configuration[1], such as region, tenant name, network name etc.
We need to automate this process and allow user to skip step with configuration and run deployment immediately after Ops Manager App is installed
