Use Qt 5.1 for best support out of the box (5.0 has inferior support).

Need high-res game icons

We need high-res versions of game icons. Two things to do here:

a) find out what resolution we need
b) ask game authors to resend us high-res icons.

Need high-res Oxygen icons

We need high-resolution versions of the Oxygen icons we use, plus any other non-Oxygen icons.

Things to do here:
a) find out how store high-res and low-res icons best
b) find out what resolution icons should be
c) obtain icons for everything
d) implement icons, so Mudlet on a Retina screen looks fine, and Mudlet on a normal screen looks fine
