Allow viewing/editing of Lua Globals graphically

Chris:
I think we need to incorporate an automatic saving of variables then too if this is going to be a viable system. Especially if the main target is non power-users who won't have automatic loading/saving of variables. Additionally, an added benefit of a preload of variables before scripts is we will encounter fewer issues with the load order causing compilation errors of lua scripts.
