option to fix incorrect id3 tags on device

If a track fails a validity check, we should give the user the option of pulling the song off the device, redoing the id3 tags, then syncing it back to the device.

Use the mtp-sendtr function from the commandline to test. It needs to be done without user interaction so specify options like so:
mtp-sendtr <name of track> -t <title> -a <artist> etc.
