Support for extremely large power/communication networks of basic, generally non-looped topology

This feature allows for reliable networks connecting in-game features such as communication and power, over large distances, using a basic topology such as a linear bus layout with producers and suppliers along the "wire", a star topology, a tree, or a ring. A spanning tree or other structure may be constructed and used to determine connectivity of nodes. Loops within links are not addressed yet by this specification, but they will have a well-defined behavior by delivery.
