Ability to remove media files from hard drive

As we are now in 2009, Elisa should be able to remove files from user's hard-drive on user explicit demand. A RemoveAction should be implemented for directories and files. When the user activates this action a confirmation popup should appear, asking the user if he really wants to remove the file/directory.
