Common caching module

The aim of this task is to implement a common set of caching utilities in order to get rid of code duplicated all over the place to do exactly the same thing.
This module will go in the core of Moovida.
It should be fully unit tested.
All places in the code where these features are currently implemented should be updated to use this common caching module, making sure that it doesn't introduce any regression.
