Username/password authentication in Grafana datasource in addition to "token"

Allow the Monasca Grafana datasource plugin to perform authentication against Keystone with the regular username/password/... combo similar to how the Gnocchi Grafana plugin operates: https://grafana.net/plugins/sileht-gnocchi-datasource

Whilst not ideal, would be good enough for many use cases.

There appears to be a branch of the Grafana repository which tracks Grafana trunk, giving a more recent Grafana, but still incurs operational overhead over using stock Grafana of having to compile Grafana. Additionally, no branch is available (AFAIK) for the latest stable branch of Grafana (3). I think there is potentially some benefit to being able to use un-forked Grafana, but it is not a priority right now for our requirements. If it is, we are happy to commit some development time to it.

I would be happy to add write some documentation around this if there is a common place to put such information.
