Renaming Categories

Disregard if this is addressed in the upcoming 2.x - I see there's an approved request for hierarchical categories.

I find myself wanting to rename categories as I keep using Mnemosyne. Old category names "Chapter 1" become obsolete when I add a 2nd book to my database or I want to refine a broader category into several smaller categories e.g. "Star Wars" to "Star Wars: Episode IV".

I see no way to do this other than to edit each card one-by-one, which isn't feasible.

Additionally, a way to import cards with categories as well (e.g. a tabular column with category titles) would also be a boon so that imported cards can be properly sorted.

If 2.x will address this - great. If not, then I'd like to submit this as a feature request.
