display information by category for all the categories

I am studying japanese, I have words by category. A category is a chapter of my book. japanese_chap_1, ... and so on.
If I select one category, I can see how many words I don't know, but I have to do that for all the categories... It would be very useful to have a table of all the statistics, category by category. Thanks !
