Have an option available so that when mnemosyne is minimised, it minimises to the windows system tray. This would be useful if mnemosyne had a scheduling tool that 'popped up' a flash card every hour.

Good idea. Maybe I dont want to have a flashcard popped every hour, but its would be nice if the program would remind you to learn new worlds when you are supposed to.
