Mac version: Implementation of "Close Window" hotkey

The normal Mac "close window" hotkey [command + w] is not currently implemented.

When the user is viewing any sort of sub-window (for example, the "Add Cards" window or the "Edit Deck" window), they cannot return to the main Question/Answer window by using the regular [command + w] hotkey. Implementing this hotkey would bring Mnemosyne into better alignment with typical application behavior in Mac OS X.
