When importing, make an option available to not import cards that have the same question as a card already in the deck but with a different answer. Thus, cards with the same question and different answers will not be imported. This is very useful with users who already have huge vocabulary lists imported but only want new words imported. (Sometimes word lists found on the web contain much of the same vocabulary but with slightly different answers. The current set-up only rejects new imports only if the question and answer section is exactly the same)
