[GSoC] Wizard to import data from txt files

Write a friendly import wizard to allow import from txt files in a very flexible way.

Allows to choose the separator between fields (tab or comma), choose the card type to which the newly imported cards will belong, and allow to choose which column corresponds to which field in the fact data. A column can also correspond to a tag.
