[GSoC] Functionality for Asian languages

Using the new framework of card types and plugin, add functionality for students of Asian languages: Japanese card type, Chinese card type, Heising card type, Kanji statistics, Hanzi statistics, ...

For Chinese and Japanese, there should be functions to automatically look up reading and meaning from an online dictionary.

Japanese Furigana support is also highly desirable.
